April 2023
csquared aviation solutions awarded inaugural contract with Up and Away Aviation.
We were delighted to be selected by Up and Away Aviation Services to provide our Turnkey solution for the start-up of their newest
cabin presentation operation at London Gatwick Airport. The contract, awarded on the 01st April 2023, was to deliver a fully functional operational business on the 01st August 2023, one of the busiest periods in the aviation calendar, with an additional month of management oversight to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional services to their launch customer, TUI Airline.
The project included all aspects of an airport services start-up including, Airport Licencing, recruitment,selection, and on-boarding of 70+ employees, with organisation and oversight of training, GSE commissioning and entry into service,identification of accommodation and subsequent award of contract works, IT integration, and review of lease and commercial agreements.
It's been a pleasure working with the Up and Away's team of dedicated professionals, and we look forward to working further together with them in the future.
